3月15日,在位于紹興市柯橋區的會稽山紹興酒股份有限公司,糯米在黃酒智能化釀造系統內進行前發酵。

近年來,在黃酒主產區浙江紹興,黃酒產業在保留純手工釀制小樹屋技藝的基交流礎上,開始向智能化生產邁進,逐步實現釀造智能化、儲存智會議室出租慧化、勾調數字化、物流無人化。與此同時,結合國潮,越來越多終端店講座鋪推出黃酒奶茶、黃酒咖啡、黃酒布丁等創意飲品、美食,消費場景和包裝愈發年輕態。

20舞蹈場地23年紹興市規上黃酒生產企業的總營收和利潤實現雙增長,黃酒衍生品也成為古城旅游消費的一大熱點。
