3月15日,在位于紹興市柯橋區的會稽山紹興酒股份有限公司實驗室,工作人員在測量黃酒酒精度。

近年來,在黃酒主產區浙江紹興,黃酒產業在保留純手工聚會釀制技藝的基礎上,開始向智能化生產邁進,逐步實現釀造智能化、儲存智慧化、勾調數字化、物流無人化九宮格。與此同時,結合國潮,越來越多終端店鋪推出黃酒奶茶、黃酒咖啡、黃酒布丁等創意飲品、美食,消費場景和包裝愈發年輕態。

2023年紹興市規上黃酒生會議室出租產企業的總營收和利潤實現雙增長,黃酒衍生品也成為古城旅游消費小樹屋的一大熱點。
