3月15日,在位于紹興市柯橋區的會稽山紹興酒股份有限公司,糯米在黃酒智能化釀造系統內進行前發酵。

近年來,在黃酒主產區浙江紹興,黃酒產業在保留純手工釀制技藝的基礎上,開始向智能化生產邁進,逐步實現釀造智能化、儲存智慧化、勾調數小樹屋字化、物流無人化。與此同時,結合國潮,越來越多終端店鋪推出黃酒奶茶、黃酒咖啡、黃酒布丁等創意飲品、美食,消費場景和包裝愈發年輕態。

2023年紹興市規上黃酒生產企業的總小樹屋營收和利潤實現雙增長舞蹈場地,黃酒衍生品也成為古城旅小樹屋游消費的一大熱點。
